- This is an environmentally sensitive property, as designated in the city’s own
comprehensive land use plan.
- This type of land use belongs in an industrial area, not along a popular waterway
for boaters and anglers.
- The vegetation is the only noise buffer our neighborhood has from the traffic of
I-95 and the railroad tracks. Removing it and erecting a permanent structure will
dramatically increased noise, reduce our property values and erode our quality of
life.
- The property is deed restricted to passive uses only. No permanent structures are
allowed.
